Blasting process has become an integral part of steel structure and metal building industry. It removes all rush, mill scale and corrosion, thus eliminating moisture which is almost always entrapped beneath these corrosive products. Paint systems for steel structures have developed over the years to comply with industrial environmental legislation and in response to demands from structures, bridge and building to improved durability performance.
The erection of structural steelwork consists of the assembly of steel components into a frame on site. The components are then lifted and placed into position before they are connected together.The completed steel frame may then be handed over for further work on internal floors, external cladding and mechanical and electrical fitments.

Senior staff members have been briefed on their requirements in order to comply with CLOID’s stated environmental policy and will in turn, ensure that every individual within the Company are aware of their environmental duties.
Ongoing employee training and conduct of environmental audits, confirming best practice are two other key areas of CLOID’s environmental policy.
Recycling and waste minimization procedures, as well as the responsible disposal of waste products will be regularly reviewed and continually re-assessed, to embrace new technologies, which will enhance the environmental performance of CLOID STEEL CONSTRUCTION LLC.
